MUST WATCH: Flash Delirium by MGMT
MGMT’s new music video is just as absurd as the song. Flash Delirium may have cost a lot of rants rather than raves, hardcore fans and ‘ex-fans’ would enjoy watching the music video directed by Swedish director Andreas Nilsson.
I love the styling of the band especially Andrew VanWyngarden – bomber leather jacket, scarf and the hair. Oh just plain perfect! My fave video so far! Watch it at MGMT's site.

MUST LISTEN: Drunk Girls by LCD Soundsystem
LCD Soundsystem is playing at my house, my house!!!!!
LCD Soundsystem knows how to create party anthems that will surely make you go crazy once you hear them. Drunk Girls is one of them. It is a straightforward rock-out tune with dancey beats that feels authentic it will make electronic acts shame of their artificial sounds. For sometime, we've been hearing disco-themed songs with synths and electro beeps and that makes them sound alike. But LCD Soundsystem is doing it differently. You don't always need new wave elements to make people dance.
Drunk Girls is the first single from their yet to be released untitled album on May 18. Summer is going to be the season of new album releases!
MUST WATCH: Possibility by Lykke Li
Remember the haunting song that was playing in the time laps scene during Bella's down moment in last year's New Moon film? It's Lykke Li! What is up with this girl? I haven't heard of any news about her releasing new materials. Well for now, we can just enjoy this music video and immense ourselves with pure indulgence listening to her dreamy voice...haaaay..
FREE DOWNLOAD: Phoenix Live in Sydney
Since it's quite impossible to see Phoenix perform live in our country, you might want to download the entire live performance of Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix tour in Sydney for free. Yes, for FREE! The French foursome offers free download of their Sydney tour in its entirety so we don't have to spend tons of minutes in bit torrents and for once we could practice legal downloads. Great deal, yes? click here for free download

It's official! After listening to these new tracks from Broken Social Scene, their upcoming album Forgiveness Rock Record is my most-awaited album of the year.
I don't have to explain further why, just go ahead and listen to it.
MIXTAPE MONDAY #1: Tears on the Dancefloor
Who said sad songs should be slow and piano-driven all the time? For my pilot post of Mixtape Mondays, I compiled
dance and upbeat songs with emotional kick. These are not “emo” songs but will
surely make your mascaras smudge. Besides, most of the saddest people can be
found on the dance floor making a fool out of themselves. So take out your
tissues and hankies, people we’re going to dance.

MGMT couldnt wait any longer for their fans to hear the whole Congratulations album that they have to put a free online stream of it in their official website. Luckily, I've got this link on my email early today and u can stream it here!
It has a different vibe from Oracular Spectacular mainly because MGMT is not your typical band that will make the same sound coz it sells. I like it when bands experiment with their sound and take a risk just to give us fresh music. If it wouldn't work, they can still go back to their original sound but at least they once tried a different direction. Enjoy the album just as much as I do. The CD will be released on April 13th.
TIP: dont skip a track

If you were disappointed with MGMT's new track, this one is an exception. Foals may have made us go crazy with their infectious post-punk sound in the 2008 album Antidote but with their new track, dreamy is the operative word.
Spanish Sahara is unlikely a Foals track in reference to their beat-driven singles from Antidotes. This one sounds quiet and more emotional- two adjectives that are hardly used in describing this band. I am hearing Bon Iver and Grizzly Bear but I love the new direction. It shows the versatility of Foals in creating fresh music without any compromise.
The new album, Total Life Forever, is out on the10th of May. LOVE!
Spanish Sahara was also used in the season finale trailer of Skins. Double coolness!
MUST WATCH: Hikari by Utada Hikaru
This music video is one of my favorites. No special effects, no tacky choreography no nothing just Utada Hikaru washing the dishes in a one-angle shot. Watch it and you'll enjoy washing the dishes like you never enjoyed it before.
MUST LISTEN: Sleep Paralysist by Neon Indian
Let's have a natural high for a moment and start listening to the new track of this one man-psychedelic lo-fi melody maker Alan Palomo, aka Neon Indian. Guys from the Grizzly Bear contributed some mixing and mastering work for this particular track.
Ayan...it's sinking na... @_@

I am feeling it! Here's a new track from the forthcoming album of MGMT, Congratulations. 'Flash Delirium' is a psyched-up track that is trippie and quite experimental. It's unlikely an instant hit like 'Kids' and it will take time for someone to appreciate the song.
You can download 'Flash Delirium' on the band's official website. Gad! I cant wait anymooorre!
