MUST LISTEN: She'll Come Back for Indian Summer by Alpaca Sports

Indian summer what?! There is nothing like Manila summer, it's whole year round!! haha Well, just like the heat we're experiencing in this part of the globe, Alpaca Sports' new single She'll Come Back for Indian Summer is one of the hottest indiepop tracks you'll hear this season. It's out tomorrow via Luxury.
UPDATE:
Here's the neat and cutesy video of She'll Come Back for Indian Summer.  I could almost feel Andreas longing for someone, he barely smiles on the video.

BAND CRUSH: Jupiter

/ 16.6.12 /
I haven't heard any good dance music lately until I discovered Jupiter. Their brand of dance music is everything I wanted. It has catchy dub beats, boogie funk, nu disco and sci-fi pop that breeze through Amélie's robo-girl vocals.
The video below is super LOVE! It's called Sake which is part of their debut album Juicy Lucy. It kinda reminds me of Daft Punk's earlier sound but with a female vocals.
I think this song just gave birth to a new genre which is French JPop hahaha

Like I said, they just released their full-length album this month called Juicy Lucy. And I must say, it's one of my fave releases so far. You can stream a minimix of the tracks from that album below. You're welcome :)

Listen to Ciudad's very neat single There's a Lonely Road to Sunday Night from their upcoming fifth album Follow the Leader. What an instant indiepop gem!

BAND CRUSH: Haim

/ 7.6.12 /
Im not quite sure what to call the genre of music Haim is playing. I'll just call it pop for now. And the girls of Haim are soo pretty! They look like models out of an Urban Outfitters ad.
Here's the title track of their EP, Forever. Forever sounds like the kind of song Michael Jackson would sing if he was an indie artist. You can download the Forever EP here for free!

Boredome.
For I know hide-and-seek's most secret places
More than your sisters do. And you and I
Can scramble into them and leave no traces,
Nothing above us but the twigs and sky,
Nothing below us but the leaf-mould chilly
Where we can warm and hug each other silly.
- Narcisus by John Betjeman

I'm currently obsessing with Guitar after someone from Facebook posted one of his songs. Guitar is a project of German musician Michael Luckner who mixes maximized guitar noises, slow beats and smooth waves of electronica. It kinda sound like Tyco or Youth Lagoon. Most his tracks are backed with Ayako Akashiba's ethereal vocals but the songs still sound like instrumental. It just flows right through your senses.
Sunkissed, from the album with the same title, is one of my faves. I really dont know if she's singing in English or Japanese but it just sounds amazing.
Here's another awesome track. Listening to Love is Slow gives me that tiring feeling. It just drags you down until you surrender. Well, that's what love can do. #naks :)

If I could just post all of Guitar's music here on my blog! Such an amazing musician. Ending this post with a track called Red & White from the album Tokyo.

...we've become predictable
