Florence Welch of the band Florence + the Machine is part of the forthcoming 19-track tribute album for Buddy Holly called Rave On Buddy Holly to commemorates the late musician’s 75th birthday. Other acts on the album are The Black Keys, Fiona Apple & Jon Brion, Paul McCartney, Cee Lo Green, Karen Elson, Julian Casablancas, Jenny O, Justin Townes Earle, She & Him, Nick Lowe, Patti Smith, My Morning Jacket, Modest Mouse, Kid Rock, The Detroit Cobras, Lou Reed, John Doe and Graham Nash.
