You guys should check out this local band called Outcasts of the Universe! They play downtempo tunes with layers of synths and electro manipulations which creates this dreamy, minimal sound. Perfect for this stormy weather. No idea why they wear masks in their live performances but if it worked for Daft Punk, it'd definitely work for them too.
