MUST WATCH: Animal by Miike Snow

I really have big problems with catchy songs- they tend to stick in my head as I randomly sing the lines in any given place and time. This song is not an exemption. Animal was one of the best tracks that was released in 2009 and also part of my LSS playlist of the year. I just realized how I easily fall in love with bands who can make me bop my head with just the first few beats of their songs and Miike Snow perfected that.

The Dead Weather "Treat Me Like Your Mother"

Violence is never this stylish. Jack White's another new band, The Dead Weather, fashions their sound with psych-rock, groovy yet explosive drumming with Alison Mosshart's sultry voice. "Treat Me Like Your Mother" video was directed by Jonathan Glazer that features White and Mosshart exchanging bullets like there is no tomorrow.
