MUST WATCH: The Greeks by Is Tropical

This clip from Is Tropical's new single The Greeks is one of those music videos that I wish I was the one who directed it. Megaforce did a fantastic job in showing us what's going on inside the kids' imagination during playtime. The music video, somehow, is kind of violent in a cute way. I dont know. Call me twisted but that's how I see it. It is fun, entertaining and I LOVE THE SONG!

Kitsuné Maison 11: The Indie-Dance Issue

From the title of this compilation, I know it's already a big hit for you guys. Kitsuné always produces a fantastic compilation and it introduced me to a lot of bands that I really love now. This new compilation features 17 tracks crossovering from club to indie sound. It never really got into my mind that Kitsuné is a "club" music label as what it's head-honcho Gildas Loaec says: “I find this new cd is taking us yet one more step towards maturity. We’re perceived as a club label when really we’ve always been between ‘club’ and ‘indie’, and this new compilation sits right at the crossroad of the two.“

BAND CRUSH: Jamaica

If you are a big fan of Phoenix and Two Door Cinema Club, you would probably love Jamaica. Kitsune Maison compilation introduced me to the band with their song Short and Entertaining. And from the title suggests, Jamaica delivers what they promised. It's infectious and catchy and you would just want to put it on loop until your ears bleed. From the time the guitar intro teased me with its stop and go hook, I was immediately strung out. I also include the video for their current single I Think I Like U2 which is equally catchy as Short and Entertaining.
 
Their upcoming album is co-produced by Justice’s Xavier de Rosnay so we'll be expecting a smashing debut from this Parisian duo.
